World Gym Stafford and Resistance Sports Science (RSS) are excited to announce the launch of a new training program designed specifically for Teenagers who are looking to take their strength and power training to the next level. Accelerator Training will be held at World Gym Stafford and run by RSS Performance staff Daniel Robson-Petch, Georgia Brown and Tom Booth and promises to be an excellent opportunity for lifters to extend their knowledge and technique in the gym.
The Accelerator Training Program is perfect for youth gym participants with new to moderate experience who are looking to improve their strength, muscle size and lifting form. The program is structured over four weeks, with each week focusing on skill and technique development for each lift as stated below:
Program Cycle
Week one: Squats
Week Two: Bench Press
Week 3: Deadlifts
Week 4: Upper Pull
Times:
Mondays’ 4:00-4:45pm
Saturdays’ 9:00-9:45am
Daniel Robson-Petch, Georgia Brown and Tom Booth, both RSS Sports Scientists, will be leading the program, bringing their wealth of experience and knowledge to each session. With over 20 years combined experience in strength and power training, they will provide expert guidance and advice to help athletes achieve their strength and lifting goals.
The program will start on the 17th of April and will run for four weeks in a continuous cycle. Sessions will be held at World Gym Stafford, a state-of-the-art facility within their elite functional training area. With a focus on technique and skill development, the program promises to be an excellent opportunity for athletes to improve their strength and power in a supportive and engaging environment.
